I originally launched the brand as Espoir Lashes, specializing in luxury false eyelashes.
As the product line expanded to include beauty tools such as makeup brushes, I rebranded it as Espoir Beauty Bar to better represent its growing range of beauty products.
Later, to encompass an even wider selection of beauty items, the brand evolved into Espoir Collective, a modern, all-encompassing beauty and lifestyle brand.
1. Grew Instagram account to 180,000+ followers organically through influencer gifting collaborations, giveaways and branded content.
2. Generated consistent monthly Shopify sales and scaled the online e-commerce store.
3. Managed email marketing campaigns with 25% average open rate.
4. Designed all product packaging and the company website.
